I ordered the MCB Groove Master Saddles for Tele and the 623 Tele Conversion Plate online but opted to pick them up in person as I had never visited Joe Glaser’s shop before.
On arrival, one of the techs greeted me and immediately made me feel like an old customer rather than a new trespasser. I explained that I was there to pick up my parts and to have one of my Tele’s looked at that needed a little tweak to its bone nut. Within moments, Josh arrived, listened to my request, brought my parts out, and then conducted me back in the shop to Gabriel’s bench, who actually spent about ten minutes re-filing the nut slots. Gabriel got rid of the Ravi Shankar noise and made my guitar melodic again. During this visit, I was made to feel like I had been doing business with these folk for years and we had a delightful time together. I was very pleasantly surprised at the prices of both parts and service at Music City Bridge.
