Compatible with Vintage and Modern Instruments, the Numbered Thumbwheels are a drop-in replacement for the original Volume and Tone Knobs. Clearly marked and featuring a familiar knurled texture, the Numbered Thumbwheels are ready for the stage.

The Numbered Thumbwheels are compatible with pots that are .160" or smaller. We are happy to modify the Thumbwheels to accommodate larger pots; feel free to reach out via email to howdy@musiccitybridge.com for custom requests.

Note: When installing the Numbered Thumbwheels, the adjustment screw will mark the maximum volume/tone setting.

Good fit and quality

It fits perfect on the mini pot. As other people reviews I also have to say it would be nice if there's a "10" value and it's a quite pricey product.

Pricey but priceless

Add me to the list of people who can't read. Default shaft .16 jaguar is .25 but soft aluminum so easy drill fix. Set screw different size. Thumbwheel fatter than stock and barely fits slot. Much better knurling. Ordered only one when I thought I was getting one set of two. Doh! Kinda expensive but it's custom and nobody's forcing you to buy. Fast shipping slow US mail courier.

An Upgrade That Could Use an Upgrade

What a great idea! Now I never have to guess where my rhythm controls are set thanks to the numbers. Truly a wonderful upgrade! That said, the knobs have to be adjusted just right on the mini pots to be visible at the beginning and end of the rotation. Even then, they really would benefit from adding a 10 and even 11 so the wheel could be seen through the full rotation. Also, they're quite pricey for just 2 roller knobs that mostly indicate where your volume and tone are. Please view the pictures on the clear pickguard to see what I'm describing.

Music City Bridge goes above and beyond

I wondered why Fender didn't use numbered thumbwheels, then I found these. These wheels are exactly what Fender should have used. The mounting hole diameter is 6 mm for a Squier. In fact, I screwed up and didn't check before ordering. I contacted them right away and they sent me the correct size quickly and with no hassle. These thumbwheels are excellent quality, probably better than the Fender wheels, and the people at Music City Bridge are all about quality and taking care of their customers.

Great idea! Now I need one in lefty! Seriously...

This is a great idea! Now I have to convince these guys that it's such a great idea that they need a left handed version of it (numbers in the reverse order)...you think I'm kidding...I'm not! Some companies make a true lefty and some are...Gibson USA which does NOT. Not sure about the custom shop...
