Nut Bundle

Newbie Guitar builder here. Finishing up my 2nd build. For a year I struggled with the playability of my 1st build. I thought I would have to replace the neck or re-radius the fretboard. Thank Heaven for your ingenious Nut Tool! I was able to tweak the slots on a GraphTech nut in about 20 minutes and now my guitar plays like a Dream. So reasonably priced ( Take that Stew Mac! ) 😃

This stuff is a real bonus to have when you have a nut with an overcut slot, I’ve recently worked on a few guitars that came to me with one string that was low at the nut and this rescue powder enables you to correct it without have to change the nut and start from scratch just for the sake of one string, it’s a real timesaver.

I was building 3 guitars and this tool helped get the nuts very close to perfect right off the bat. Initially very playable . After a short fine adjustment process they were perfect. Huge time saver.

I'm a Gibson guy and try to perform all my own setups. I'm a decent player, but a YouTube luthier. This was a very easy fix. The shop I purchased my Hummingbird from did a setup for me before I took it home. I feel the high E slot was a little overcut as there is always a slight buzz when played open. Bought this Nut Repair Powder and some thin Superglue. Used as directed, and problem solved! I just filed the slot down to where it should have been, and no more buzz. You do need a proper sized nut file for the correct width. But, my limited skills were able to make this repair on an expensive guitar without having to take it back to a shop. I highly recommend this product!

1st if this thing saves one nut it is worth it. It is a little short for bass guitars with their longer fret spacing. I have always used a straight edge before and hope this is a little easier as I have 3 new nuts to cut this week

Great tool! Just switched out the nut on my Strat to a brass nut and this was perfect to see if and how much filing was needed!
