I have been buying and using compensated Tele saddles for many years. They are the greatest innovation in the telecaster world in my opinion. I’ve had at least one set of every brand I’ve ever found but Joe and MCB have taken the game to a new level. These are the best Tele saddles I’ve ever used. I have them on 3 guitars. Not only do they lock in tuning, think they even sound better.

I haven't installed my new bridge plate yet but I was hoping it would have come with new screws. The existing plate on my 80s Squier Tele only has a 3-screw plate, and the new Fender plate has 4 screw holes.
