This bridge and the Locking Studs fixed every tuning issue on my 1958 LP Jr. Get the studs, mine needed them because the original studs didn't fit the bridge. The guitar sounds better and is in tune. The Locking Studs help the tone, better contact, better tone. Easy to install too. If you have an old Jr, get this set up, you'll love it.

As guitarists we often find ourselves “needing” the latest & greatest. Unfortunately we are a psychosomatic species. Got an old slab of Honduran you can’t keep on tune? Finally someone could solve the old problem with slanted wraparound bridges of old Juniors and Specials that sounds good and is very stable!

Installed the Stud Finder on my ‘61 Melody Maker, and the”The Savvy” on my ‘63 SG Junior. Definitely improved the Sustain of both of the Guitars. Very happy about those bridges! Strongly recommend!

This is magical. If you play an LP Junior or single bridge Goldtop just buy the Stud Finder and the Locking Studs right now. Besides allowing perfect intonation for the first time on my ’54 Junior the Stud Finder added at least 20% more sound to an already great sounding guitar. Not volume but overall fullness, richness of tone. Magical. Added bonus is proper alignment of strings on the fretboard. Did humans really make this?
